Q1: Are you a factory? 
A: Yes, we have been in this line for over 20 years.
 
Q2: Can you design and make as customers' request?

Q3: What is the delivery time? 

A: Normally our delivery time is 10-15 days after we received the advance payment. Urgent order can be negotiated.
 
Q4: Can I get a lower price if I make a large order?
A: Of course, cheaper price with large order.

Q5: How do you control the goods quality?
A: 
1. After the final confirmation of the order, we would pre-produce a sample before mass production and strictly check the raw material, color and size of the sample. 
2. Our salesman would trace every phase of production.
3. After finished the production, our QC will check the overall quality. If not pass our standard will rework.
4. When packing the products, our Packing Department will check the products again.
5. Before shipment, the final inspection will be carried out, and we will send test images and videos.
6. Any problem happening in our product will be solved at the most prompt time.
 
Q6: How is your after sale?
A: After the goods are sent, we will track them in real time and give you timely feedback. After you receive the goods, we will have a dedicated staff to return visits, if there is a problem, we will reply to you within 2 working days.

Q7: Are the welding points easily to get broken? 
A: Please do not worry about it. We will test the tensile strength during the production.

Q8: How do we ship the goods?

A: We will quote you the ocean freight, if the goods is not large, it will be loaded by air freight or Express. No matter any ways of transportation, our forwarders will provide professional service to ensure the goods arrives at your place smoothly.

Q9: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost. And all the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.
